Privacy notice

Who we are

Quantum AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16694863), with its registered office at 153b Sutton Lane, Hounslow, England, TW3 4JW. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at roopa@quantumailtd.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and the contents of your message. The contact form on this site doesn’t send data to us directly. It opens your own email app with your message ready to send.

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The AI readiness check runs entirely in your browser, and your answers aren’t sent to us. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from jsDelivr, which means those providers receive your IP address when you visit.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless they lead to a contract. In that case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf under contract. We will only share it with anyone else if the law requires us to.

Client project data

When we process personal data for clients during a project, we act as their processor under a written data processing agreement. That data is covered by the client’s own privacy notice and our contract with them, not by this notice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to make a request. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
